Break a sweat in this cathartic, hot vinyasa class. Cultivate focus by tethering breath to strong yoga poses, static balances and optional inversions.
Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga is a slower paced practice with mostly seated and reclined postures. You will be softly cued while being invited to listen to the wisdom of your own body.
Chair Yoga
A gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting in a chair or standing, using a chair for support.
Slow Flow
Mindfully move with your breath while carefully holding poses in this vinyasa style slow flow. You will explore your edge, feel relaxed and renewed. All levels are welcome.
