Danielle started her yoga journey in 2015, hoping to regain flexibility in her body and find peace in her not so peaceful world. Yoga quickly became part of her healing journey, helping her recover from a toxic abusive relationship giving her (and her two young boys) comfort, peace, and healing. Creating a healthier lifestyle through yoga, removing toxins, and using essential oils to support the mind and body she now shares these strategies and passions with others (at Love Oily on Facebook and Instagram and myyl.com/dstadge). Danielle completed YTT 200hr at Amara Yoga and Arts and loves sharing gentle flow classes for everyone and every body. She collaborates with Courage Connection, an organization that provides housing and supportive services to individuals and families who are victims of domestic violence, as a vehicle to share yoga with women and their children who have experienced trauma due to domestic partner abuse. Danielle is committed to sharing her healing journey and providing a safe and supportive environment in which others can find peace and healing also.
