Sarah’s sankalpa, or personal endeavor, is to encourage focus through invigorating yoga instruction and practice.
Sarah experienced a cerebral shift through meditative yoga. Hooked since, Sarah became 200 hour certified along with 60+ hours of advanced hot vinyasa teacher training at DuPont CorePower Yoga in Washington, DC. She has a current CPR/AED safety certification and is an active member of the Yoga Alliance. Sarah hopes that students feel transformed in her classes.
