Danielle is offering this workshop again due to the success of the first one just a few weeks ago, She will lead you in this workshop as you replenish your sense of health and self with relaxing and nourishing movement and essential oils. This restorative yoga class will take you through a deep relaxing range of gentle yoga postures specifically designed to help you wind down and replenish your body, mind and soul. The class will include a meditation practice, pranayama (breathing) techniques, and gentle mobility and flexibility exercises through slow movement. The restorative benefits of the class will be enhanced with the use of relevant Young Living therapeutic grade Essential Oils for connecting mind and body.
